Welcome to www.xpertz.online (“Xpertz”, “the Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services as a Buyer, Freelancer, or Visitor. By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Buyer – A user purchasing services or posting projects.
Freelancer – A user providing services or bidding on projects.
Services – Freelance services offered through the Platform.
Project – A job or task posted by a Buyer.
Platform – www.xpertz.online and its associated systems.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration.
3. User Accounts
Each user may create one account only unless otherwise approved.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Sharing or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of the Platform
All communications, negotiations, and transactions must remain on the Platform.
Direct contact or payment outside the Platform is strictly forbidden.
You may not use the Platform for illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities.
5. Prohibited Content & Activities
No political, religious, NGO-related, or ideologically sensitive services.
No services involving children, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, drugs, adult content, or illegal activities.
No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behaviour.
6. Financial Transactions
All payments must be made through the Platform’s secure payment system.
Direct payments outside www.xpertz.online are prohibited.
Any request to share bank details or accept alternative payment methods outside the Platform must be reported immediately.
Payouts to freelancers will only be made to verified bank accounts.
Platform commissions and fees apply to all transactions.
7. NDAs and Confidentiality
By using the Platform, all parties agree to keep project details confidential.
Any breach of confidentiality may result in account suspension.
8. Disputes
Disputes must be raised through the Platform’s dispute resolution system.
Decisions by the Platform’s support team are final.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to commit fraud.
Bypassing the Platform for payments will result in an immediate ban.
10. Limitation of Liability
Xpertz is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of services delivered by freelancers.
Transactions conducted outside the Platform are not protected.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of changes.
