Political, religious, or ideologically charged content is not allowed.
- Communication & Information Sharing
Do not share personal contact details (email, phone, social media) outside the platform.
All communication must remain on the platform.
Bypassing www.xpertz.online for deals or transactions is prohibited.
- Prohibited Content & Services
No services or content related to politics, lobbying, NGOs, charities, or religion.
No services involving tobacco, alcohol, drugs, gambling, or adult content.
No activities violating laws, intellectual property rights, or ethical standards.
- Financial Transactions & Payments
- Direct Payments & Scams
- All transactions must occur via the platform’s secure payment system.
- Under no circumstances should users send or receive payment outside the platform.
- Do not share personal banking information, ID numbers, or sensitive details outside of the system.
- Scammers often pretend to be legitimate buyers or sellers by:
- Sending emails or messages outside the platform.
- Asking for your bank details for “verification”.
- Providing alternative banking details for payment.
- If anyone asks you to move a conversation or payment outside www.xpertz.online, report them immediately using the platform’s reporting tools.
- Transactions conducted outside the platform are not protected, and the platform will not be responsible for any loss.
- Direct payments to sellers outside xpertz.online are prohibited.
- Payouts will only be made to verified bank accounts.
- Platform commission and transaction fees are non-negotiable.
- Service Posting & Delivery
Services must be accurately described and not misleading.
All deliverables must be submitted through the platform.
Work delivery outside www.xpertz.online is prohibited.
- Buyer Responsibilities
Provide clear project descriptions and timelines.
Do not request free work or exploit freelancers.
Respect timelines for reviewing and approving work.
- Freelancer Responsibilities
Deliver work according to agreed specifications and deadlines.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
- Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be reported through the platform.
External dispute resolution will not be supported.
Platform decisions in disputes are final.
- Account Security
Provide accurate information during registration.
Only one account per person or entity unless approved.
Do not share login credentials or impersonate others.
- Penalties for Violations
Warnings for minor infractions.
Temporary suspension for repeated or serious violations.
Permanent ban for severe breaches or fraudulent activity.
- Additional Rules
NDAs/Confidentiality agreements apply to all projects by default.
User verification (ID & bank account) required before withdrawals.
Automated fraud detection and scam prevention will be enforced.
